  • Monitor and manage critical project milestones, identifying and mitigating risks to programme delivery.
  • Review construction proposals, scopes of work, and pricing submissions.
  • Lead client meetings and project coordination meetings.
  • Analyse cost drivers, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
  • Manage procurement activities, including long-lead equipment and materials.
  • Review and validate cost estimates and commercial submissions from subcontractors.
  • Support engineering and design teams with cost and budget considerations during design changes.
  • Ensure equipment and materials are delivered in line with programme requirements.
  • Coordinate schedule reviews and maintain alignment between project controls and site activities.
  • Review and approve invoices, payment applications, and retention payments.
  • Manage project close-out, handover documentation, warranties, and final deliverables.
About You

  • Experience managing large-scale construction, data centre or mission-critical projects.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, along with project management software.
  • Commercially astute, with a thorough understanding of project financial management and cost control.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and deliver results within demanding schedules.
