Our client is Europe’s dedicated data centre delivery partner, offering full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning. Headquartered in Dublin, they deliver projects across Europe and have become the most trusted name in their sector.
We are currently seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join our project team in Blyth, United Kingdom. This role will be responsible for overseeing all Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on site, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Role
Description:
* Oversee and manage all Civil, Structural & Architectural activities across the project lifecycle
* Lead and coordinate day-to-day site operations in conjunction with the wider project team
* Ensure site QA/QC processes are implemented and maintained in line with project specifications and standards
* Coordinate project schedules with Planners, Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams
* Manage and supervise subcontractor performance, including progress monitoring, manpower levels, and coordination meetings
* Ensure all subcontractor documentation, including safety documentation, is maintained and up to date
Skills/
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline
* Minimum 7+ years’ experience within the CSA construction sector, with a focus on site management
* Strong background in managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on large-scale construction projects
* Experience in programme delivery, sequencing, and site coordination
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Strong technical understanding of CSA construction methodologies and site operations
* Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones
* Data centre, industrial, or mission-critical project experience is advantageous
