The Role As Electrical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day electrical activities, managing site resources and supporting the successful delivery of the electrical package from installation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Supervise all electrical works on site and coordinate activities with other trades and subcontractors. Prepare and manage two-week look-ahead programmes in line with the overall project schedule. Attend daily site briefings and weekly project meetings. Manage labour resources to ensure programme milestones are achieved. Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and quality of work. Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality assurance and site safety.
Ensure materials and plant arriving on site meet project specifications and are stored correctly. Verify that subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified and compliant. Identify programme delays, technical issues and project variations, reporting them to the project management team. Promote a positive Health & Safety culture across all site activities. About You Relevant Electrical trade qualification. Previous experience in a supervisory role within an M&E or electrical contracting environment.
Strong understanding of electrical installation and construction site practices. Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills. Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work streams. Competent using Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience on data centre, industrial or other mission-critical projects would be highly advantageous. What's on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
