Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Site Manager for a 6 month fixed term contract. The role is site-based around Blythe, initially at Gateshead, with travel to North East sites and long-term potential.
You will lead a skilled trade team on social housing refurbishments, ensuring on-time delivery, quality and compliance while managing budgets and health & safety obligations. The ideal candidate will have SMSTS or NVQ, a full UK driving licence, and strong IT/MS Office skills.
