.The company has a strong pipeline of major civils and infrastructure projects across the North East and is looking for a Project Manager who can take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion

leAs Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of your projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, to the required quality standards and within budge

Key responsibilities will include

  Managing and coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholde

  Planning and programming works to ensure projects are delivered on ti

  Managing project budgets, costs and commercial performan

  Working closely with the commercial and engineering tea
• ms.
  
  Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety require men
• ts.
  
  Monitoring progress and providing regular project updat
• es.
  
  Managing client relationships and attending progress meetin
• gs.
  
  Identifying and managing project ris
• ks.
  
  Ensuring quality standards and specifications are maintain
• ed.
  
  Coordinating resources, plant and materia
• ls.
  
  Managing subcontractor performance and ensuring works are delivered to program

  Strong commercial and contractual awarene

  Experience managing site teams and subcontracto
• rs.
  
  A strong understanding of construction health & safety require men
• ts.
  
  The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver against demanding programm
