Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Blyth, Northumberland.

Responsibilities

Commercial Management & Cost Control

Manage and monitor project costs across multiple packages, ensuring accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and strict budget control on a large-scale data centre project.

Subcontractor Procurement & Packages

Lead procurement of subcontract packages, including tendering, analysis, negotiation, and appointment, ensuring best value and alignment with project programme.

Valuations, Variations & Payments

Prepare and manage interim valuations, variations, and payment applications, ensuring all commercial activities are accurately recorded and agreed.
