Location:
Blyth, Northumberland
Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Lead to oversee the architectural and internal fitout packages on a major data centre development in Blyth, Northumberland.
This is a senior site-based position with responsibility for managing multiple work packages, subcontractors and construction teams.
The Role- Report to the CSA Lead and manage Package Managers, Engineers and Construction Managers
- Oversee architectural fitout works including partitions, doors, ceilings, raised access floors, finishes and clean room installations
- Coordinate architectural packages with structural and MEP construction activities
- Manage subcontractor delivery, programme, quality and installation standards
- Monitor package budgets, costs and commercial performance
- Review subcontractor pricing, invoices, valuations and retentions
- Ensure works are delivered in line with approved design information and project specifications
- Maintain effective communication with the wider project leadership and commercial teams
