We're recruiting for an experienced Architectural Lead to join one of Europe's leading data centre contractors on a major mission-critical project based in Blyth, England.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead the Architectural (CSA Fit-Out) delivery on a large-scale data centre project, managing internal fit-out packages from pre-construction through to handover. You'll lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

As Architectural Lead, you'll take ownership of all architectural and fit-out works, managing programme, quality, cost, and subcontractor performance while working closely with CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Architectural and CSA Fit-Out packages across the project.
• Manage subcontractors, package managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Coordinate architectural works with MEP and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project programme, budgets, and progress.
