AboutThe Role
- Developing new products from concept to manufacture, supporting the design functions by creating Pro‑E assemblies models and drawings.
- Administration of change requests to update drawings, models and bills of materials.
- Updating data within lifecycle‑management tool (PLM).
- Creation of new drawing model files and bills of materials to support projects.
- Administering the release of new saleable part numbers to the organisation.
- Providing drawing support for other departments within the organisation.
- To comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and minimise any impact on the environment whilst carrying out your duties.
- To ensure and promote safe working conditions for all employees, visitors and contractors by implementing, monitoring and complying with occupational health & safety provisions.

- Manager – Head of Product Data.
- Joining a team of 4 to create and maintain documentation. This team sits as part of the “Product data Group” within the overall R&D department.
- HND or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.
- Previous experience in a design drafting environment.
- Good understanding of engineering change processes.
- Competent with Pro‑E Creo or similar and AutoCAD.
- High attention to detail.
- Understanding of technical specification.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer‑focused play‑to‑win attitude.
- Ownership of tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
- Team player with the ability to interact with all areas of the Company, especially Manufacturing, Quality and Product Management.
