Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre
Blyth, Northumberland
£55-65k + package
This rapidly expanding specialist international contractor has an urgent requirement for a Quantity Surveyor for its UK business. Based on a major new Data Centre project in Blyth, the successful applicant will report into the Regional Commercial Lead. Working closely with the commercial and engineering teams, client, and key stakeholders, the Quantity Surveyor will lead day to day activities on the project.
Responsibilities- Lead day to day activities on the project and report to the Regional Commercial Lead.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related subject
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Background working for leading Tier 1 contractors
- HV/MEP project experience such as BESS, Data Centres, or experience of similarly large and complex build or major civils schemes
- Client facing experience
