Planning Lead - Data Centre - Blyth

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Planning Lead to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Blyth, Northumberland.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Programme Management

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the master project programme, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones, phasing strategies, and delivery objectives

Schedule Monitoring & Reporting

Manage project progress tracking, producing accurate and timely reports, including critical path analysis, float management, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with construction, engineering, and commercial teams to integrate all work streams into the programme, ensuring sequencing, dependencies, and resource planning are effectively managed
