Parts Advisor

Irizar UK Ltd is the official UK supplier of the Irizar range of coaches and buses.

We support our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their vehicles, offering expert sales advice, comprehensive aftersales support and parts.

We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team.

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our service and sales teams by providing expert parts advice, ensuring accurate order processing, and delivering excellent customer service. Your attention to detail and product knowledge will help ensure our customers receive the right parts quickly and efficiently.

Identify and source parts based on customer requirements and technical specifications

• Provide expert advice to customers and colleagues on parts availability and compatibility
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently using company systems
• Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering and control
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Handle parts returns and assist with warranty claims where required
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role within PSV, automotive, commercial vehicles, or machinery sector (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of parts, components, and technical specifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with IT and inventory management systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
