Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Blyth, Northumberland.
Responsibilities- Site Logistics Leadership Lead and manage all site logistics operations for a hyperscale data centre project, ensuring seamless coordination of materials, plant, and personnel across a fast-paced Tier 1 construction environment.
- Logistics Planning & Strategy Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies, including traffic management plans, delivery schedules, and site access protocols, to support multiple work fronts and critical path activities.
- Stakeholder & Supply Chain Coordination Coordinate closely with project management, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure just-in-time delivery of high-value and long-lead equipment, minimising downtime and on-site congestion.
- Materials Management & Control Oversee laydown areas, warehousing, and inventory control systems, maintaining strict material tracking, security, and handling procedures aligned with data centre quality standards.
- Health, Safety & Compliance Drive health, safety, and environmental compliance across all logistics activities, enforcing best-in-class practices and ensuring adherence to local regulations and Tier 1 general contractor expectations.
Must have relevant qualifications & Certificates
Must have 5+ years' experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must be based within a commutable distance of Blyth, Northumberland
Benefits£80,000 - £90,000 + Package
