Welder Fabricator

Position: Welder Fabricator (Permanent)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join a growing workshop specialising in high-quality, bespoke metalwork. The role involves the manufacture of a wide range of custom products including bespoke furniture, staircases, and retail fixings, working from drawings through to finished product.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabricator who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys working on varied, one-off projects rather than repetitive production work.

Key Responsibilities

* Fabrication and welding of bespoke metal products

* Working from technical drawings and measurements

* MIG welding (TIG experience advantageous)

* Cutting, shaping, and assembling steel and other metals

* Producing high-quality finishes to a consistently high standard

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator

* Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings

* Strong MIG welding skills (TIG beneficial but not essential)

* Experience working on bespoke or architectural metalwork preferred

* High attention to detail and pride in finished work

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
