• To learn how to set Various type of turning and milling machines.
• Write new CNC programmes.
• Understand global and local standards and application to documentation and product data.
• To be able to use various types measuring equipment.
• To understand and be part of a multi-function team regarding 6S.
• Be actively involved in Providing support for improvement activities.

Manager

• Materials Prep Manager

• Team of 16 CNC setters and 4 operators in a high-tech machine shop.

• GCSE equivalent grade 4 or above in English, Science and Mathematics.

• MS office.
• General understanding of standards and following processes.
• Interest in Engineering / Technology.

• Must be a highly motivated person, able to work on their own initiative, reliable person, excellent team player.
• Good personal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
