- To learn how to set Various type of turning and milling machines.
- Write new CNC programmes.
- Understand global and local standards and application to documentation and product data.
- To be able to use various types measuring equipment.
- To understand and be part of a multi-function team regarding 6S.
- Be actively involved in Providing support for improvement activities.

Manager
- Materials Prep Manager
- Team of 16 CNC setters and 4 operators in a high-tech machine shop.
- GCSE equivalent grade 4 or above in English, Science and Mathematics.
- MS office.
- General understanding of standards and following processes.
- Interest in Engineering / Technology.
- Must be a highly motivated person, able to work on their own initiative, reliable person, excellent team player.
- Good personal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
