Joiner – Northumberland

£19 per hour | 37 hours per week | Monday–Friday
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team in Northumberland. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential to move into a permanent role.

About the Role
You will be working on a range of bathroom upgrades within both tenanted and void properties. The role involves completing joinery tasks to a high standard while working safely, productively, and either independently or as part of a wider team.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out joinery work on bathroom upgrade projects
Fit bath panels, door frames, skirting boards, PVC boxings, and PVC window sills
Ply flooring and undertake general joinery repairs
Support other capital project teams, including kitchen upgrade teams
Work with the adaptions team installing banister rails, grab rails, and key safes
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with required standards
Maintain a professional approach in occupied (tenanted) and empty (void) properties
Requirements
Proven experience as a Joiner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confidence in completing a wide range of joinery tasks
Strong commitment to health and safety
Experience in social housing environments (desirable but not essential)
