Job Overview
H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to deliver exceptional client service and support our tax professionals. This role focuses on welcoming clients, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining a clean, organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional based on their needs.
- Schedule clients at their preferred times and manage appointment logistics.
- Ensure that all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing or customer service experience desirable.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay Range: $11.00 – $27.00 per hour (local minimum wage laws apply). Pay decisions depend on job‑related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location.
