Pharmacy Tech Location: Blythe, CA Agency: Care Career Pay: $1,016 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

Allied Travel Careers  is working with Care Career to find a qualified Pharmacy Tech in Blythe, California, 92225!

Duties/Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:
Pharmacy Technician

• Receive prescription/medical orders.

• Obtain information on new patients/youth to establish medical profiles, including diagnosis or desired therapeutic outcome, allergies, adverse reactions, and medical history.

• Assess prescription/medication orders for completeness, correctness, authenticity, and legality.

• Enter prescription information into the patient/youth profile.

• Record preparation of medications in various dosage forms.

• Review pharmacy stock for expired drugs.

• Assist the Pharmacist-in-Charge, Pharmacist, or designee in identifying and resolving problems related to patient/youth therapy.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
