salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

• coordinate work crew schedules and material deliveries to maintain project timelines, meeting or surpassing client expectations

• 7+ years of project management experience, specifically with hvac ductwork for large industrial or commercial buildings
• ability to perform building layouts and supervise work sites
• understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• experience with scheduling subcontractors and suppliers
• able to identify critical issues and challenges that would impact projects
• proficient in outlook and excel
• interpret construction plans and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation, and facilitate parts and materials ordering
• must be willing to travel as needed
