The role of the Process Control Level 1 Technician is to work with the Process Control, Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance and Production teams to maintain and optimize the Hot/Cold Mill process control equipment. This will include using engineering principles, algorithms and techniques to trouble-shoot and improve both the process and equipment and to develop/implement future improvement plans. This will include both hardware and software and may require additional support outside normal business hours.

• Bachelor Electrical Engineering Degree, equivalent education, or equivalent experience.
• Four years industrial maintenance experience
• Ability to rapidly understand complex control systems.
• Proven ability to take ownership for complex projects.

• Previous Hot/Cold sheet rolling knowledge/experience.
• Four year or Advanced engineering degree.
