About the Job:

• Lead by Example

  Be a team player by fully & overseeing all tasks and duties required of both Lead & Store members.
• Team Development: Assist with the training, mentoring, & supervision of all Team members.
• Facility Maintenance

  Ensure safety by supporting the inspection of the facilities and equipment.

  Complete general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• The job requires repetitive standing, walking, handling, and reaching horizontally. It also involves frequent reaching above the shoulder, below the waist, pushing buttons, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. (All activities could have up to 50lbs involved.)
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
