Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and security, maintaining profitability, and communicating with the next shift manager to ensure continuity. They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping departments meet their goals.
