Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The Millwright will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and dismantling machinery and equipment in industrial settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school certification or apprenticeship preferred.
- Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role. Minimum 5 years experience in craft.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, and align machinery and equipment according to specifications.
- Maintain and repair machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues.
- Dismantle machinery and equipment for repair or transportation.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts, cleaning, and adjusting equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Must pass drug test, physical, and E-Verify background check.

Journeyman rate with minimum 5 years verifiable experience is $30.00/hr and $100.00 per day per diem if at least 50 miles from home.
