About the Program

Our post‑graduate Financial Advisor Development Program is built to provide:

• Licensing & Education Support: We provide guidance and training for the Life, Accident & Health licensing process as well as the SIE, Series 7, and 66 exams.
• Structured, Hands‑On Training: Receive professional development in key areas: financial planning, client relationship management, product training, industry compliance, prospecting, business planning and more.
• Joint Work with Senior Advisors: Learn by doing – partner with experienced advisors on real client cases while building confidence and skills.
• Path to Building Your Own Practice: Gain the autonomy to grow your own book of business with ongoing coaching and support from our leadership team.

What You’ll Do

• Build your own book of business
• Understand clients’ goals and create personalized financial strategies
• Educate clients on financial solutions
• Help implement and monitor their financial plans as life and goals evolve
• Commit to continuous learning and development to stay ahead in the field

Who We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates from all majors (Finance/Business a plus but not required)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑starter attitude
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
• Passion for helping others and making a long‑term impact
