Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis department, you will support strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude to align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Financial Analyst

Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000

• Analyze, interpret, and explain the results of sales, profit, and income.
• Prepare reports and projections based on financial analysis.
• Coordinate with finance team members to review financial information and forecasts.
• Build and provide financial models to support decision‑making.
• Assist with evaluating business investments and financial opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or economics.
• 2-4 years of financial analysis experience.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with financial systems and BI tools.
