The Social Worker II applies graduate-level clinical social work skills to the psychosocial assessment of individuals, families, and groups and provides graduate-level clinical social work interventions as appropriate to client needs.

• Applies graduate-level clinical social work skills to the psychosocial assessment of individuals, families, and groups and provides graduate-level clinical social work interventions as appropriate to client needs.
• Consults and collaborates with hospital and community professionals and programs, participates in program and organizational assessment, planning, and development according to license guidelines.
• Seeks professional social work supervision when appropriate for practice or training.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age.
• Other duties as required.

• Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Social Work from accredited Social Work academic program is required.
• Certification:
  Licensed Social Worker is required.
• Years of relevant experience: 3 to 5 years is preferred.
• Years of experience supervising:
  None.
