• Oversee the service and/or installation departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support to the service and installation departments.
• Ensure operations run at or below budget while achieving quality, production, and profit goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff.
• Manage employee performance.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (technical school degree preferred).
• Minimum 3‑7 years of experience in security, fire, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
• Strong knowledge of security and fire industry regulations.
• Proven leadership skills managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• NICET certification preferred.
