Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Visual Merchandising Team Lead AE, located in Boardman, OH. In this position, you will lead and execute visual direction in alignment with the company's standards, ensuring attractive and consistent store presentations. Responsibilities include managing window displays, planning and implementing seasonal merchandising layouts, and optimizing customer shopping experiences. You will support sales initiatives, guide and inspire team members, coordinate merchandise placement, and collaborate with store management to meet sales and performance goals.

• Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with company branding and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional education or certifications in visual merchandising, retail management, or a related field being a plus.
