As a Box Lunch Seasonal Key Holder, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, ensure fellow fans can get the merch they love, train new recruits, and support the Store Manager in daily operations and meeting sales targets.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return, with product knowledge and customer experience skills.
• Step in and step up when needed by providing leadership support and helping run the store when the Manager is unavailable.
• Understand store sales plan and comp sales goals, and help drive sales by increasing key KPIs: UPT and ADT.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure areas are up to visual standards; assist with opening and closing the store.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and use fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales; close out the register and communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Ensure there’s no misuse of spells and wizardry around theft; collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft.
• Support stock room organization and store tidiness.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates to help them quickly acclimate to the team.
• Any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous experience working in a retail environment. If you’re passionate about philanthropy and all things pop culture, you're in the right place!
• Must be at least 18 years of age to join the fandom force.
• A high school Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with leadership qualities.
• The usual retail requirements: ability to stand and walk during scheduled hours, reach for merchandise using ladders or steps, and move boxes up to 50 pounds.
