We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic minded, pop culture driven brand. As a Box Lunch Sales Associate, you'll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love.

You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return, with strong product knowledge and customer service.
• Cover the sales floor zones and keep assigned areas up to visual standards.
• Operate the register to process sales and drive add-on sales using benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup; assist with planogram changes including store map, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
• Share fashion trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to deter theft and maintain a secure store environment.
• Keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Demonstrate team-oriented communication and collaboration to get the job done.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.

• Previous experience in a retail environment. Passion for philanthropy and all things pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
