• Transport Children: A significant portion of your time will involve transporting children to family time visits and other required appointments, including providing transportation during seasonal or challenging weather conditions.
• Gather and Document Information:
  Collect and record information from the caseworker, children, parents, relatives, case providers, schools, and other relevant resources to plan family time visits.
• Review Family Time Agreements:
  Meet with parents and caregivers to review family time agreements and guidelines, suggesting community resources as needed.
• Supervise Family Time:
  Supervise family time in an office or community setting, documenting relevant information. This ensures the safety and well‑being of the children during these interactions.
• Collaborate with Caseworkers:
  Work closely with caseworkers to assess the details of family time supervision. Recommend services needed for case planning and relay important information about the children and their families or caregivers.

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required for this position.
• One year of experience working in a human services or behavioral health setting; OR An associate degree in any field
  ; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience
  .

• Proven experience successfully engaging and communicating effectively with unmotivated or resistant clients.
• Skilled in de‑escalating tense or hostile situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Experienced in task organization, prioritization, and time management to consistently meet deadlines.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word or various database software programs.
• Experience being adaptable to flexible scheduling, including overtime and shifting priorities as needed.
