Responsible for maintaining a line of communication between individuals in the waiting rooms and in the clinical areas within Emergency Services. Provide support and crisis management in trauma situations for families and patients. Provides clinical personnel and other emergency care center staff with support and opportunities for stress management.

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Associate's degree or certification preferred. Advanced studies in humanities, psychology, social work or equivalent preferred.
• License / Certification: Must be certified in BLS for Healthcare Providers. Certification must be obtained during orientation period. Will consider experience in lieu of degree or certification.
• Experience: Prior related experience preferred but not required.
• Additional Skills / Abilities: Must have excellent communication skills, ability to work in fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently. Must be knowledgeable of general office equipment.
