Weathers Hardware & Appliance Co. is looking for a Collections Manager to join our team! As a Collections Manager, you will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Responsibilities:- Manage team to collect unpaid invoices via calls, emails, letters
- Develop collection strategies and policies
- Monitor accounts receivable, resolve disputes
- Ensure compliance with laws and company standards
- Report on collection metrics and aging accounts
- 3+ years in collections or AR management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong math skills
- Flexible Scheduling
