Meadowbrook Apartments in Boaz, AL is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to care for residents and the community. You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, lighting, doors, and fixtures, and assist with moving appliances while keeping the property clean.
Qualified applicants will have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to participate in weekend on-call rotations. EPA/CPO certifications are preferred.
