Base pay range$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial aspects related to properties, ensuring accurate accounting records, and supporting financial decision-making processes.
Responsibilities- Prepare entries and account reconciliations.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Create monthly financial reporting packages.
- Assist with year end audit with documentation.
- Prepare variance analysis and explain financial statement results.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Exposure to fixed assets and/or lease accounting preferred.
- 2+ years' of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
