Accounts Receivable Clerk

Lloyd staffing is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable clerk to work within our growing team! This is a great opportunity to work with a modern, fast-paced and growing company in the Boca Raton/Fau area. In this role you will work as part of the Accounting and Finance Team. Significant responsibilities include:

• Customer invoicing
• Responding to billing inquiries
• Preparing and maintaining records of accounts receivable, including receipts, claims and overdue invoices
• Applying all incoming cash receipts and wire payments to the appropriate general ledger accounts
• Establishing payment arrangements, posting customer payments and contacting customers regarding overdue invoices
• Performing weekly reporting and month-end balancing activities

• 3+ year of relevant experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with Mac a strong plus
• Experience with Net Suite a strong plus
