Bookkeeper

Collaborate with expert accountants and work with clients in a variety of industries

We are looking for a candidate who can handle general accounting and bookkeeping functions, including the preparation of bank account and credit card reconciliations in Quick Books Online. If you multi-task effectively and have strong communication and time-management skills, you would be a good fit for this role.

• Provide superb client service through interaction with our accounting firm’s clients and their staff.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Accounting for fixed assets and depreciation.
• Preparation and filing of simple sales tax returns.
• Preparation of 1099’s.
• Special projects and reports.

• 5+ years of Bookkeeping experience
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal direction while exercising good judgment & decision
  -making.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism and deliver excellent client service.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and pleasant, positive demeanor.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
