Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orange theory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, and Basecamp Fitness, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its team. • Oversee monthly close activities ensuring accurate revenue recognition, expense reporting, and accruals
• Prepare journal entries, including intercompany transactions and departmental allocations
• Analyze and reconcile complex balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure timely, accurate trial balances
• Prepare and explain actual vs. budget variance analysis
• Perform account reconciliations and support month‑end reporting
• Assist with financial and tax audits
• Contribute to process improvements, policies, and internal control initiatives
• Support the Accounting Manager with ad‑hoc tasks and projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA license preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience with month‑end close and balance sheet reconciliations (required)
• Familiarity with financial statements (I/S, B/S, Cash Flow) and related footnotes
• Solid understanding of general ledger functions and close processes
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with ASC 606/deferred revenue (a plus)
• Experience with Net Suite (a plus)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proven ability to work both independently and cross‑functionally
