• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA or on a timeline to obtain a CPA within a reasonable time from hire date.
• Ability to research and resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Experience planning and supervising larger engagements; prior tax return preparation required.
• Strong research, writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills; ability to interact with all staff and client levels.
• Proficient in accounting, auditing, and tax software.

• Prepare, review, and execute assigned tax returns and accounting/consulting projects, working directly with Partners and Senior Managers.
• Complete moderately complex projects accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently.
• Supervise and lead internal team members to ensure client engagements and projects are delivered on time.
• Coordinate large client engagements, identify problems, analyze tax law and computer models, and help clients determine optimal strategies.
• Engage in professional and personal development, including technical trainings.
• Demonstrate leadership to support firm policies and promote teamwork and loyalty.
• Create positive client and team impressions by exhibiting professionalism, competence, and strong client service.
