Accounting Manager

Compensation: $130,000 - $145,000 per year

The Accounting Manager is responsible for supporting the company's accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role partners closely with finance leadership and oversees day-to-day accounting activities, internal controls, and reporting processes.

• Oversee and manage the monthly close process
• Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Review general ledger activity and support accurate recordkeeping
• Help evaluate and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support technical accounting research as needed
• Assist with audits and coordination with external auditors
• Provide guidance, training, and oversight to accounting staff

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and U.S. GAAP
• Experience with financial reporting and month-end close
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems
• Ability to work cross-functionally and support process improvement

Bachelor's degree plus relevant accounting experience
5-7 years of relevant accounting experience
Leadership experience
