Manager, Financial Reporting

Fully In-Office - Boca Raton, FL

Salary: $140,

• Partner directly with executive leadership, including regular exposure to the CFO and senior stakeholders
• Play a key role in shaping and modernizing financial reporting processes and controls
• Gain broad exposure across SEC reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and corporate governance

• Lead SEC filings and external financial reporting activities
• Support technical accounting matters and accounting operations initiatives
• Drive internal controls, compliance, and reporting accuracy across the organization
• Partner with leadership, auditors, and board-related reporting requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness

• 8+ years of accounting experience with strong SEC and external reporting expertise
• Experience working within a public company environment
• CPA preferred (or actively pursuing certification)
• Prior leadership experience preferred; exceptional Senior Accountants with public company reporting experience will be considered
