Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Account

Looking to take ownership of SEC reporting, technical accounting, and compliance in a public company environment? This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership, complex accounting matters, and the opportunity to drive meaningful process improvements.

Location: Boca Raton, FL (100% On-Site)

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

• Direct partnership with the Chief Accounting Officer and exposure to executive leadership

• Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks
• Manage external financial reporting and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
• Support and enhance SOX 404 compliance and internal control programs
• Research and document complex technical accounting matters
• Coordinate external audit activities and support regulatory readiness initiatives
• Drive process improvements across reporting, controls, and compliance functions

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Active CPA required
• 8+ years of accounting, financial reporting, and technical accounting experience
• 5+ years of public company reporting and SOX compliance experience
• Big Four or national public accounting experience preferred
