Job Description:

We are looking for a Part-Time Order Management / Logistics Coordinator to join our team on-site. This is a performance-focused role — we’re seeking someone who takes full ownership of open orders and drives them relentlessly to completion.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in communication. You’ll be responsible for holding suppliers accountable, providing timely updates, and ensuring all orders move efficiently through the pipeline. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule, but requires strong commitment and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage open orders from start to finish
• Follow up persistently on order status, delays, and logistics updates
• Communicate assertively with suppliers and keep customers well-informed
• Ensure timelines are met and escalate issues when needed
• Keep accurate records in order tracking systems
• Push for resolutions and follow through on every detail
