Client Services/Hospitality Representative - Florida Office What You'll Do:

• Reception & Front Desk:Answer calls, greet visitors, and manage the reception area.
• Conference Room Management:Reserve, set up, and maintain conference rooms for meetings.
• Hospitality Services:Maintain kitchen pantry supplies, order catered food services for meetings, and manage copy/mail room services.
• Mail & Package Handling:Receive, scan, and process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages via USPS/FEDEX, and arrange messenger services.
• Inventory & Maintenance:Monitor inventory of office supplies and submit building maintenance requests.
• Administrative Support:Assist attorneys with trial binder preparation, perform light filing, document changes, and other clerical projects.

• Experience:Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

• Full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
