Client Services/Hospitality Representative - Florida Office What You'll Do:
- Reception & Front Desk:Answer calls, greet visitors, and manage the reception area.
- Conference Room Management:Reserve, set up, and maintain conference rooms for meetings.
- Hospitality Services:Maintain kitchen pantry supplies, order catered food services for meetings, and manage copy/mail room services.
- Mail & Package Handling:Receive, scan, and process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages via USPS/FEDEX, and arrange messenger services.
- Inventory & Maintenance:Monitor inventory of office supplies and submit building maintenance requests.
- Administrative Support:Assist attorneys with trial binder preparation, perform light filing, document changes, and other clerical projects.
- Experience:Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
- Competitive starting salary of $60,000 and benefits program.
