Legal Receptionist

We are seeking a receptionist who will serve as the welcoming face and voice of our firm. This role is essential to our daily operations and client experience. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, helping set the tone for how we support our community.

• Greet clients in person and by phone with professionalism and empathy
• Direct calls and manage front desk communications
• Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
• Sort and organize incoming mail, packages, and legal documents
• Assist with administrative support tasks and client intake
• Maintain a calm, welcoming, and organized reception area

• Friendly, composed, and professional in all interactions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail
• Experience in a law firm or medical office is a plus, but not required
