Front Desk Administrative Assistant - Boca Raton, FL

Looking for a professional Administrative Assistant job in Boca Raton? Join a stable investment office as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant! This temp-to-perm opportunity offers competitive pay, a consistent schedule, and a collaborative team environment. This client is looking to hire quickly! 100% in-office - no opportunity for flexibility.

Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Front desk coverage and client greeting
  • Answer phones and manage scheduling
  • Order office supplies, coffee, and team lunches
  • Handle mail and maintain office logs
  • Assist with marketing lists and administrative support
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Must work 100% on-site (no remote options)
