Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Assistant role located in Boca Raton, FL. The Office Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, managing office supplies, organizing documents, and performing general clerical duties. The role also includes supporting the team by maintaining a well-functioning office environment and assisting with communication and scheduling as needed.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
  • Experience with Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Knowledge and use of Office Equipment and related tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in commonly used office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
