Job Description
Assist in screening calls, email and visitors.
Handle correspondence
Maintain contact lists
Handle requests and queries given to you by the CEO
Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
Manage and coordinate travel arrangements
Monitor office supplies
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Produce reports and presentations
Assists with projects as they arise.

- Experience with MS Office- word, excel
- HS Diploma Concur
