The Data Entry Clerk will work directly with our attorneys and paralegals to assist them with on going cases by entering data and uploading documents into our case management system and prepare them for Trial if needed.

• Document management using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Filevine.
• Communicate with clients.
• Data entry of information needed for case management.
• Print copies of documents needed for trial.
• Reorganize documents for trial.
• Redact information from documents for trial.
• Follow-up for documentation required in a case.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Full-time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
• High school/GED diploma.
• Legal experience, including experience with clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
