Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orange theory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, Basecamp Fitness, and Stronger U is seeking a Operations Services Program Coordinator to join its team. The Operations Services Program Coordinator plays a critical role in deploying new programs within the Orange theory Fitness network, supporting global scale as a subject matter expert (SME). This multifaceted position involves collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program implementations. Primarily responsible for supporting studio program deployments. This position also works cross-functionally to support additional functions as business needs dictate.
** Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)
*** Facilitates the deployment of new products, non-proprietary internal/network platforms, and programs; working closely with teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability
* Facilitates and delivers comprehensive training materials. These artifacts empower teams to effectively adopt and utilize new programs.
* Engages with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes
* Manages end-to-end project deployments from ideation to near-complete penetration (~95%)
* Develops robust reporting mechanisms to ensure timely integrations, monitors progress, and identifies areas for improvement
* Craft communication plans through written documents, PowerPoint presentations, or webinars, to ensure clear messaging
* Directly support deployments for specific projects; collaborating across business units to achieve successful outcomes
** Required Strengths and Background
*** Associate’s degree OR equivalent work experience in an operations support role;
Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Relevant fields include business administration, project management, or a related discipline.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Must have a basic understanding of project management principles
* Experience with additional SaaS platforms such as MBO, Confluence, Jot Form or SharePoint (preferred)
* Orange theory Fitness studio experience a plus
* Attention to detail with the ability to meticulously manage program records, documentation, and results
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
* Ability to create compelling written content necessary for crafting communication plans and outreach materials
